Develop a Python Bot to Automatically Download Instagram Live Streams

We are looking for a skilled Python developer to create a bot or script capable of monitoring specific Instagram accounts we follow and automatically downloading their live stream content.

The primary goal is to build a reliable and efficient tool for real-time live stream capture. The bot should be able to detect when a followed account starts a live stream and initiate the download process automatically.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a Python script/bot for Instagram live stream monitoring and downloading.
- Implement functionality to detect live streams from a predefined list of followed accounts.
- Automatically download the live stream content as it happens.
- Handle video stream formats commonly used by Instagram (e.g., M3u8/HLS).
- Ensure the bot is robust and can handle potential interruptions or changes in Instagram's interface (within reasonable limits).

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with libraries like requests for web interaction and potentially Selenium for browser automation if necessary.
- Knowledge of video stream capture techniques, including handling m3u8/HLS formats.
