Develop a Rag Chatbot for E-commerce Proof of Concept

We are seeking a skilled AI developer to create a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot as a Proof of Concept for our e-commerce platform. The primary goal of this project is to demonstrate the feasibility and value of using a RAG-based chatbot to enhance customer experience. The chatbot should be capable of understanding and responding to customer queries related to products, orders, and general e-commerce inquiries by leveraging our existing product catalog, FAQ documents, and potentially customer review data. The successful freelancer will be responsible for developing the core RAG architecture, integrating it with relevant data sources, and setting up a basic conversational interface. The output should be a functional POC that showcases the chatbot's ability to provide accurate and contextually relevant answers, improving user engagement and support efficiency. This project is an initial phase to evaluate the technology before a full-scale implementation.
