We are seeking an experienced professional or team to develop and implement a comprehensive AI-powered sales and customer service system for our aesthetics and massage clinic located in Dublin. The primary objective is to significantly enhance lead conversion rates, fully automate appointment bookings, and drastically reduce the operational time currently spent on managing calls and WhatsApp messages.

Key functionalities required for this system include:

Lead Management and Communication:
- Automated contact with new leads generated from Meta Ads within minutes of their submission.
- Capability to make and receive AI-powered phone calls.
- Seamless communication across multiple channels: WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Intelligent automated follow-up sequences for leads who do not respond or are not immediately ready to book an appointment.

AI Conversational Agent Capabilities:
- The AI must be capable of answering a wide range of client inquiries regarding treatments, pricing, current promotions, service durations, clinic location, and policy details.
- Ability to understand client needs, recommend appropriate services, effectively handle objections, and skillfully guide conversations towards a confirmed booking.
