Develop Comprehensive Web and Mobile App for Handyman and Cleaning Company Operations

We are a residential cleaning and handyman company offering mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and painting services. Our current processes for client engagement, quotation, and job management are manual and inefficient, leading to delays and lack of visibility. Specifically, quotation preparation is slow, site photographs are captured but cannot be easily retrieved or searched, and there is no shared view of job status, causing multiple revisions.

We require a web and mobile application to address these core problems by automating and centralizing our operations. The application must include the following key functionalities:

1.  Pre-inspection form: A digital form for capturing initial property details.
2.  Photo upload: Ability to upload and associate multiple photographs with each job, with robust search capabilities.

6.  Invoicing: Generation of invoices based on approved quotations.
7.  Integration with Xero: Seamless integration with Xero payment software for financial management.
8.  Search and Revision: Easy search functionality for photos and quotations, and the ability to revise existing quotations and send them to customers efficiently.
