Develop a Scalable Single-Page Wordpress Website with Lead Capture

I require a clean, modern single-page website built using WordPress to establish an immediate online presence for my business. The site must be designed with future growth in mind, allowing for easy expansion into a full multi-page site later this year. The single page will feature three essential sections: About Us, Services, and Contact Us, implemented with a smooth-scroll design. The entire site must be fully responsive, ensuring flawless appearance and performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Key functionalities include two lead-capture forms:
1.  Contact Us form: collecting Name, Email, and Message.
2.  Request a Call Back form: collecting Name, Phone, and Preferred Time.
Both forms must securely route all enquiries to my email address and store them within the WordPress dashboard for convenient follow-up.

To ensure scalability, the development should utilize a flexible Wordpress theme or a lightweight custom template with clean html/css. Plugins should be kept to a sensible minimum to optimize for speed and security. The page structure and navigation should be designed to accommodate optional future sections (e.g., Testimonials, Portfolio, FAQs) or additional pages with minimal rework.

Acceptance criteria for this project include:
1.  Pixel-perfect responsiveness across all modern browsers and devices.
2.  Fully functional lead-capture forms with robust validation, effective spam protection, and clear confirmation messages.
3.  Achieving 'green' page speed scores on Google PageSpeed Insights.
4.  A clear hand-off package, including admin credentials, theme or child-theme files, and a brief setup guide.
