We are a growing family-owned doll factory in need of a custom management system to streamline our operations. The primary functionalities required are client management and production management. The system should be robust, user-friendly, and scalable to support our continued growth.Key features for the system include:Client Management: Centralized database for client information, including contact details, order history, and communication logs. Ability to track client preferences and special requests. Reporting on client activity and sales trends.Production Management: Inventory tracking for raw materials (fabrics, stuffing, accessories) and finished doll products. Production scheduling and workflow management, from design and prototyping to assembly, painting, and quality control. Tracking of production stages and bottlenecks. Generation of production reports and analytics to optimize efficiency.We are looking for an experienced developer or team to design, develop, and implement this custom solution. I would prefer someone who can communicate in Portuguese or English. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management, web application development, and a keen eye for creating intuitive user interfaces.
