Develop Futuristic Co-housing Architectural Concept & Visual Design

We are seeking a talented architect and designer to develop the complete architectural concept and visual design for a futuristic co-housing project. The project is approximately 220 square meters and is intended to comfortably house 6 people.

The core objective is to create a vision of future living that goes beyond conventional design. Technology should be a central element, but integrated discreetly and harmoniously into the living space. We want to avoid a sterile or overly sci-fi aesthetic, aiming instead for a warm, functional, and innovative environment.

The scope includes:
- Development of the overall architectural concept.
- Creation of detailed visual designs, potentially including 3D models or renderings.
- Integration strategy for futuristic technology within the design.

We are looking for a professional with experience in architectural design, interior design, and a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and an understanding of modern and futuristic concepts.
