I am an entrepreneur managing multiple businesses, real estate properties, and creative projects. I am looking for a long-term bilingual Executive Assistant who can also serve as a Project Manager, helping run both my professional operations and personal logistics.
This is a high-trust, strategic role – not just task-based. You will be my second brain.
What You'll Do:
Take full ownership of my Trello boards and task systems.
Organize and update SOPs, recurring workflows, and priorities.
Manage and coordinate local DR assistants (you will help hire them later).
Follow up with developers, designers, vendors, and freelancers.
Prepare briefings, reminders, task summaries (you will be my eyes and memory).
Help schedule, quote, research, and prioritize.
Occasionally call vendors or manage communication in Spanish.
Make my life easier, simpler, and quieter.
Must-Have Skills:
Native/Fluent Spanish and English.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong experience with Trello or ClickUp.
Project management: tracking progress, solving blockers, delegating.
High emotional intelligence and discretion.
Very organized, proactive, and low-drama.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with real estate, digital platforms, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with the Dominican Republic.
Light familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Notion, ChatGPT).
Personality Fit:
Calm under pressure.
Loyal and discreet.
Likes systems, not chaos.
Doesn't need to be told twice.
Respectful of privacy, but sharp enough to manage a complex life.
Time & Pay:
Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week), with room to grow.
Rate: $4–7 USD/hour, depending on experience.
