Develop Real Estate Platform with Mls & Service Integrations

We are seeking a skilled developer or team to build a comprehensive online platform focused on the real estate sector. The primary goal is to create a central hub that integrates with major real estate data sources and provides specific service modules for users.

Key requirements include:

1.  **Platform Development:** Build a robust and scalable web-based platform. Details on preferred technology stack (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js, Java, etc.) Should be included in proposals.
2.  **MLS Integration:** Seamlessly integrate with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data feeds to display property listings. Experience with MLS APIs and data structures is essential.
3.  **Third-Party Platform Integration:** Integrate with popular real estate platforms such as Zillow and Realtor.com (or similar, please specify experience with specific platforms in your proposal) to potentially pull or display data, subject to their API terms and availability.
4.  **Service Module 1: Property Management Advertising:** Develop a module allowing users (property managers, landlords) to list and advertise properties for rent or management.
5.  **Service Module 2: Commission Intermediary:** Create a system to manage and track commissions for general home repair and construction services facilitated through the platform.
6.  **Service Module 3: Consulting Services:** Integrate a section or module to offer and manage real estate or property-related consulting services.

The platform should have a user-friendly interface, secure data handling, and administrative capabilities to manage users, listings, services, and integrations.
