Responsibilities
Set up Azura Hub for clients.
Complete all onboarding sub-tasks for each client.
Automate processes within the Azura Hub CRM.
Schedule and conduct personalized consultations with clients.
Update all tasks and sub-tasks within the Onboarding department.
Maintain constant communication with the team.
Provide Neo Mark Media access to clients' business managers.
Handle the A2P process.
Introduce and build up the Customer Success Specialist.
Keep SOPs up to date.
Provide Slack support for client chats.

Qualifications
Experience in customer service.
Experience managing CRMs like GoHighLevel.
Experience using project management applications like ClickUp.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent Bilingual ( Spanish and English )
