Develop Web Platform for Refrigerated Logistics (Pwa)

We are seeking a skilled web development team or freelancer to build a modern, responsive, and professional web platform. This platform will serve as a marketplace connecting local businesses (clients) who require refrigerated logistics services with self-employed transporters (drivers) capable of fulfilling these delivery routes.

The platform should function similarly to existing delivery services like Glovo, but with a specific focus on the unique requirements of refrigerated transport for local businesses.

Key requirements include:
- User registration and profile management for both clients and transporters.
- Functionality for clients to post delivery requests with details (origin, destination, cargo type, temperature requirements, etc.).
- Functionality for transporters to browse and accept available delivery routes.
- A responsive design ensuring optimal usability on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
- Implementation as a Progressive Web App (PWA) to allow users to 'install' the platform on their mobile devices for a near-native app experience without requiring separate native development.

Native mobile applications are explicitly not required for this project. The focus is on a robust, web-based solution with PWA capabilities.
