We are seeking a skilled developer to enhance and complete our existing tiered offering system, which integrates across
Single.xyz (a Shopify-integrated app),
Shopify.com, and FlouTV. The current system supports a two-tier offering, with Tier 1 functionally working but requiring significant UX polish, and Tier 2 not yet completed.
Objectives:
1. Complete Tier 2 Functionality: Develop the necessary logic and interface to activate and manage Tier 2 within
Single.xyz, Shopify, and FlouTV. Ensure seamless interaction with Shopify checkout, customer data, and FlouTV account provisioning.
2. Refine Tier 1 UX: Improve the user-facing flow for Tier 1 to ensure an intuitive experience for end-users, aligning with Shopify design best practices.
3. Document the Workflow: Create comprehensive internal documentation for our operations team. This documentation should detail how to configure both tiers within
Single.xyz and Shopify, provide troubleshooting steps for common issues, and explain how Tier 1 and Tier 2 data synchronizes with FlouTV.
4. Deliver a User-Friendly Interface: Design and implement a clear, simple interface for managing both tiers, including activation, deactivation, and upgrade/downgrade processes. The interface should clearly communicate the user's current subscription tier and options for modification.
