Development of a Comprehensive Multi-Service Mobile Application for Iraq

We are seeking experienced developers to create a robust and feature-rich multi-service mobile application designed exclusively for the Iraqi market. This ambitious project requires the development of several integrated services within a single platform, catering to diverse user needs across 18 governorates in Iraq. The application must support both Arabic and Kurdish languages.

Key functionalities to be developed include:

1.  Taxi Services: Facilitating both local and international taxi bookings.
2.  Food Ordering: Enabling users to order food from various restaurants.
3.  Flight Bookings: Providing a seamless interface for booking flights.
4.  Mobile Phone Top-Up: Allowing users to purchase mobile phone top-ups specifically for services within Iraq.
5.  E-commerce Platform: A dedicated section for various types of stores, offering both cash and installment payment options.

The project encompasses the development of multiple interfaces:

*  Customer Mobile Application: An intuitive and user-friendly interface compatible with both Android and iOS platforms.
*  Service Provider Application: A separate interface tailored for service providers, including drivers, restaurants, airlines, and various shop owners, to manage their services and orders.
*  Agent Management Panel: A specialized administrative panel for agents responsible for managing service providers within specific governorates. This panel will allow agents to control provider access, activate/deactivate services, and appoint local representatives.
*  General Administrator Control Panel: A comprehensive control panel for the overall application, providing full oversight and management capabilities for all services, users, and operations across all 18 governorates.

The successful freelancer or team will demonstrate strong expertise in mobile application development, backend systems, database management, and a deep understanding of creating scalable, secure, and localized digital platforms. Experience with multi-vendor e-commerce solutions and payment gateway integrations is highly valued. The project requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless functionality and a superior user experience in a complex multi-service environment. Iraqi payment gateways and a financial management department should be added.
