The system should facilitate efficient administration of our company's shareholder base and provide critical reporting capabilities for management and the Board of Directors. Key functionalities include: Registering and maintaining detailed profiles for all shareholders, including their current shareholding status. Managing the issuance of new shares for new shareholders and processing additional share allocations for existing shareholders (share rising). Handling all aspects of dividend payments, including tracking payment information and registering the payment status for each individual shareholder. Providing tools for managing legal-related issues pertinent to shareholders and their holdings. Generating a variety of essential reports, such as shareholder profiles, share transfer records, court orders, and comprehensive dividend reports, to support informed decision-making for company management and the Board of Directors. Implementing a mechanism to allocate new share amounts to existing shareholders based on their current paid share capital.
