Development of a Comprehensive Shareholder Management System

We are seeking a skilled developer or team to build a robust system for managing shareholder profiles, share issuance, dividend payments, and legal documentation. The system should include the following core functionalities:  Shareholder Profile Management: Ability to register and maintain detailed profiles of all shareholders, including their current shareholding status and historical data.  Share Issuance and Management: Functionality to issue new shares to new shareholders and add additional shares for existing shareholders (share rising).  Dividend Payment Tracking: Manage and register dividend payment information, including payment status for each shareholder.  Legal Issue Management: A module to manage legal-related issues pertinent to shareholders and shares.  Advanced Reporting: Generate various reports crucial for decision-making by company management and the Board of Directors (BoD). These reports should include shareholder profiles, share transfer records, court orders, and comprehensive dividend reports.  Automated Share Allocation: Implement a feature to automatically allocate new share amounts to existing shareholders based on their current paid share.
