A share management system (SMS) is a software application that helps companies manages their shareholders. It includes features such as tracking shareholdings, issuing dividends, share transfer, share raising and managing shareholder information. However, private companies can also benefit from using an SMS to keep track of their shareholders and improve communication with them.
A share management system is very important for every company. First of all, shareholder management or share management is the process of managing the company’s owners. It involves handling and reporting all the ownership changes, updating the documents, consulting the board of directors, communicating with the shareholders, and staying compliant.

3.1 General objective The general objective of this project is to develop Share management system for Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company. 3.2 Specific Objective The specific objectives which address the above-mentioned general objectives are listed as follows: To understand the existing or current manual system and identify gaps. Study and analyze the functional and non-functional requirements. Propose a new automated Share management System. Design a new Share management System that will solve the problems that we are facing while using the manual system implement the proposed system Test and validate the new Share management System
