I need a Python-based desktop application for managing student exam results. The software should allow subject-wise marks entry, calculate total, percentage, and provide options to update or delete records. It should have a clean, user-friendly GUI (preferably using Tkinter) and store data in SQLite.

Project overview

This project is for an academic institution to simplify their internal result processing. We currently manage results manually in Excel, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. A lightweight desktop application will save time and improve accuracy.
