Development of a Modern One-Page Wedding Landing Site with Next.js and Typescript

I am seeking a skilled developer to create a clean, elegant one-page wedding landing site. The site must be built using Next.js and TypeScript. The design should convey a romantic and modern feel. All necessary photos, text content, and reference designs will be provided. The single-page site will include the following key sections: a Hero Section featuring the couple's names, wedding date, and a full-bleed background photo; a short 'Our Story' / intro section; Event Details displaying ceremony and reception times, venue address, and an embedded map for easy navigation; a Photo Gallery with a responsive grid and lightbox functionality; a Countdown Timer to the wedding date; and an RSVP Form for guests to submit their name, number of guests, meal choice, and a message. RSVP submissions should be handled via a Next.js API route for email delivery, without requiring a separate database or guest-management system. Key technical requirements include: mandatory use of Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript; styling can be implemented using Tailwind CSS or styled-components, at the freelancer's discretion; the site must be fully responsive, adhering to a mobile-first design approach; images should be optimized for performance via next/image and aim for good Core Web Vitals; and the final product must be deployed live. Deliverables for this project include the deployed website URL and the complete source code.
