Development of Ai-Powered Code Review and Automated Test Generation Tool

We are seeking an experienced freelancer or team to develop an innovative AI-powered code review and automated test generation tool. This project involves creating a core cli tool and a vs code extension designed for python and typescript projects. The tool's primary function will be to perform deep semantic analysis on codebases to identify and report security vulnerabilities, logical flaws, and performance bottlenecks. Beyond standard static analysis, the solution should leverage AI to understand the broader context of the entire repository, enabling it to suggest meaningful refactoring improvements and automatically generate comprehensive unit tests with robust edge-case coverage. The scope of work includes designing the overall system architecture, defining effective prompt engineering strategies for the integrated Large Language Model (LLM), and outlining a detailed, step-by-step implementation plan for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
