Digital Ads Creative Designer (Fluent English Only)
Full-Time • Remote • $1,500/month to start • Long-term growth potential
We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand looking for a Digital Ads Creative Designer with strong natural design instincts, excellent short-form video editing ability, and solid experience using modern AI creative tools such as Sora 2, Runway, Midjourney, Pika, Veo, DALL·E, and ChatGPT.
This is a full-time, long-term role where compensation will increase as you demonstrate skill, output quality, and consistent performance. The ideal candidate is excited about the future of AI in design and understands how to combine creativity with modern technology.
Responsibilities
Create ad creatives for Meta and other paid advertising platforms
Edit short-form videos, UGC-style content, and testimonials
Design static graphics, thumbnails, and motion-enhanced visuals
Use modern AI tools to develop concepts, generate variations, and enhance creative
Translate hooks and marketing angles into multiple ad variations
Research competitor ads and platform trends for new creative ideas
Collaborate with the team to test and scale top-performing creatives
Maintain clean, organized workflows and version control
Deliver consistent, high-quality output on a full-time schedule
Required Skills
Strong natural design ability and visual storytelling skills
Experience with short-form video editing for digital ads
Graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, spacing
Basic motion graphics or After Effects experience
Ability to create UGC-style content when needed
Comfort and confidence using modern AI tools in your creative workflow
Ability to generate multiple variations from a single concept
Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
Fast learner who takes feedback well and improves quickly
Motivated by long-term stability and growth
Preferred Tools (Not Required, but a Plus)
Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
After Effects or another motion graphics tool
Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly
Runway, Pika, Veo, Sora 2
ChatGPT for idea development and workflow efficiency
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Valuable)
Experience inside Meta Ads Manager
Understanding metrics like ctr, cpc, hook rate, and scroll-stop rate
familiarity with creative testing frameworks
experience creating ads for applovin or axon
experience in direct-response or ecommerce creative teams
