Digital Identity Wallet App Development (Chile / Latin America)

We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Developer (ui/ux + full stack) to build a digital identity wallet app, similar in concept to eidas and singpass, tailored for chile/latin america.

Scope of Work
    •    Develop a mobile application for iOS + Android with modern, user-friendly ui/ux design.
    •    Integrate with our existing identity verification provider (already handling id verification, liveliness check, nfc verification).
    •    Integrate FirmAki (Chile-based digital signature / electronic signature service) via its API into the app’s flow — so users can sign documents with legal validity.
    •    Ensure full ownership: deliver all source code, technical documentation, ui/ux assets.
    •    Provide at least 6 months of post-launch support (bug fixes, minor updates, maintenance).

Requirements
    •    Proven experience in secure mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS / Android).
    •    Strong ui/ux design skills, must deliver intuitive user experience.
    •    Experience integrating APIs (especially for identity verification + signature services).
    •    Familiarity with digital identity / electronic signature standards and legal/regulatory compliance in Latin America (Chile an advantage).
    •    Good security practices (data encryption, secure auth flows, proper handling of sensitive info).

Deliverables
    1.    Fully functioning digital identity wallet app.
    2.    Integration with identity verification provider + FirmAki signature platform.
    3.    Complete source code + technical docs.
    4.    Six months support / maintenance after launch.
