We are Conys, a Mexican brand specializing in frozen and ready-to-eat foods, currently sold in major retail chains across Mexico. We're looking for a freelance team or agency with experience in digital branding, content production, and paid media to help execute our digital marketing strategy.
Project Objective:
Increase brand visibility and product conversion through high-quality visual content and paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with a focus on both physical retail and online sales.
Scope of Work:
We are looking for partners who can:
- Design compelling digital content (static and video)
- Produce short-form videos tailored to each platform (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Align creative direction with our existing brand identity and storytelling
- Develop monthly content proposals based on a clear editorial calendar
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Provide basic reporting and insights based on key KPIs (reach, clicks, retention, conversions)
Requirements:
- Proven experience with consumer brands (food, retail, or similar)
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling (ideally StoryBrand or similar frameworks)
- Skilled in adapting content by platform (not just cross-posting)
- Familiar with safe zones and technical specs for vertical video content
- Ability to work with structured guidelines, creative checklists, and brand assets
