Establish a Service Network for Software and Technology Professionals in the Americas

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable person in North and South America to host a dedicated computer used for authorized software reliability and network-performance testing.

No programming or professional IT experience is required. The computer will run approved testing software that measures factors such as connectivity, latency, availability, and system reliability.

Responsibilities

* Keep the dedicated computer powered on and connected during agreed testing hours.
* Maintain stable electricity and internet access, preferably through Ethernet.
* Restart the computer or internet equipment when requested.
* Report power, internet, or hardware problems promptly.
* Allow scheduled technical support when installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting cannot be completed automatically.
* Do not use or modify the dedicated testing environment without approval.

Requirements

* Must currently reside in the United States.
* Stable internet connection and electricity.
* Reliable communication and availability.
* Ability to follow basic setup and restart instructions.
* A suitable Windows computer is preferred, but the company may provide or purchase one when necessary.
* No coding or technical work is required.

Security and Privacy

* Testing will use a dedicated computer or a separate testing account, not the host’s personal environment.
* The software is intended only for approved testing activities and company-authorized service endpoints.
* The program will not be used as a proxy, VPN exit node, traffic-relay service, cryptocurrency miner, or tool for scanning unrelated third-party networks.
* Technical personnel will not be authorized to access the host’s personal files, accounts, email, or private information.
* Interactive remote access will be limited to approved installation, configuration, mainteenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
* Remote sessions will require authorization and will be logged or audited.
* The host may observe and terminate a remote session or disconnect the computer at any time.
* The host agreement, NDA, privacy protections, and company responsibility for company-controlled activity will be provided before participation begins.

Equipment

A dedicated Windows desktop or laptop with a stable wired internet connection is preferred. If the host does not have a suitable computer, equipment arrangements may be discussed.

Compensation

Payment is $100–$200 per month for each hosted computer, depending on internet reliability, availability, equipment, and agreed operating hours. Additional computers and a longer-term arrangement may be considered after successful participation.
