Eventwish – Migration from Lovable.dev to Laravel 11 + Resend + Deploy (Mvp)

EventWish is a lean MVP for a custom event platform originally prototyped on Lovable.dev.
We're moving to Laravel 11 (PHP 8.2+) to gain a conventional, testable codebase and predictable operations.
The goal is feature parity with today’s flows (basic event create/list/detail, minimal profile/settings) while putting in place a maintainable architecture (MVC + Form Requests, Eloquent models/migrations/seeders, queues/caching).
Email-based Sign Up / Sign In should be handled via Resend with domain verification and templated emails (verification + password reset, optional magic link).
We prefer a clean Blade/Livewire UI (or Inertia if you justify), environment separation (local/staging/prod), and a straightforward deploy (Forge+VPS / Vapor / Render / Railway). Please keep scope tight, code tidy, and docs practical for handover.

Scope
- Audit current MVP → plan parity
- Laravel 11 setup (Blade/Livewire or Inertia)
- Auth with Resend (verify/reset/magic link optional)
- DB schema + migrations (MySQL/Postgres)
- Deploy + minimal tests + docs

- Live production URL
- Working email auth (Resend, inbox delivery)
- Repo with README & .env.example
