We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support across multiple areas. This role will primarily assist with tasks related to a video production company, an Airbnb rental business, and various personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

For the Video Production Company:
*  Scheduling meetings and appointments.
*  Organizing project files and assets.
*  Basic administrative support for ongoing projects.
*  Managing communications with clients and team members.

For the Airbnb Business:
*  Handling guest inquiries and communications.
*  Managing booking calendars and availability.
*  Coordinating with cleaning services and maintenance.
*  Assisting with listing updates and optimization.

For Personal Needs:
*  Managing personal calendars and appointments.
*  Conducting online research for various topics.
*  Handling email correspondence.
*  General administrative and organizational tasks.

We would also like someone open to do basic bookkeeping for the businesses and personal.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience supporting diverse business operations is a plus.
