Experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper for Comprehensive Financial and Operational Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage our financial and operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Key responsibilities include: Owning the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes from end to end. Preparing and issuing professional invoices. Conducting proactive follow-ups to ensure timely collections. Maintaining and updating all financial records within our accounting systems with 100% accuracy. Providing operational support by organizing and managing sales team contact lists. Assisting in the management of general operational data. The successful candidate must be proficient in English and possess a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping and process management.
