Boutique Hotel Revenue Manager (Full-Time, CST Hours)
The Role:
We’re hiring a full-time Revenue Manager to own performance for a portfolio of boutique hotels. You’ll focus on OTAs like
Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia — not just pricing, but also making sure discounts, mobile promotions, and listing health metrics are dialed in. You’ll also support Airbnb and PriceLabs as part of the hotel revenue strategy. You will manage your own portfolio and train junior team members as we grow.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day revenue operations across
Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Airbnb
Maintain and optimize all OTA discount strategies, mobile promotions, and metrics
Use PriceLabs to set and adjust dynamic pricing (hotel-focused)
Identify trends in booking windows, lead time, length of stay, and adjust accordingly
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and communicate them to clients
Track conversion rates and identify where listings can be improved
Support and train junior revenue team members
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve direct booking strategies
What You Bring
2+ years in hotel revenue management (preferred)
Strong experience with OTAs (
Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia)
Familiarity with Airbnb and short-term rental pricing
Experience using PriceLabs (especially for hotels) strongly preferred
Analytical thinker who loves spreadsheets, data trends, and A/B testing
Comfortable working CST hours and participating in team/client meetings
Bonus: Experience with Cloudbeds, Google Sheets dashboards, or direct booking tools
Success in This Role Looks Like:
Significant uplift in OTA bookings within 90 days
Direct booking performance improves due to listing health + rate strategy
You take ownership of your properties and regularly communicate wins, challenges, and experiments

Full-time (40 hours/week), remote
Must be available during CST hours
Reports directly to senior leadership
