As a Technical Lead, you’ll play a key role in expanding our platform with new features, maintaining product quality, strengthening our integrations, and supporting customers whose work impacts communities every day.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Develop Features: Implement 1–2 new product features per month to make our software even easier and more effective for our banking customers.
Build Integrations: Design and deliver integrations that help our clients connect data sources and stay compliant.
Improve Quality: Add unit tests to the most critical areas of our codebase (starting with data “wires”) to maintain reliability and performance.
Code-based Q&A: Support code-based Q&A and update documentation to keep information current and clear.
Data feeds: Adapt our systems as data feeds and regulations change.
Support Customers: Respond to technical questions and help troubleshoot issues.
What You Bring
Must-Have:
2–5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Should be available in US Central Time (9am–5pm CT) Monday through Friday.
Comfortable supporting production systems and working directly with customer issues.
Preferred:
Located in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, or nearby regions).
Experience with
Vb.net / mssql or equivalent .NET Framework 4.8 C# skills.
Comfort doing software support with at least 2 hours a day overlap with US Central time hours. Interactions via:

~10% phone
