Experienced Developer(s) for Custom E-commerce Application with Full Source Code Ownership

We are seeking experienced developer(s) to design and develop a fully customized e-commerce application. The project requires complete source code ownership upon completion. The application must include secure payment gateway integration, a comprehensive back-office/admin management system, multi-language support, Whatsapp api integration, and sms gateway integration. The developer(s) will also be responsible for the hosting of both test and production environments on our provided server. We anticipate close collaboration with our internal IT team in an online model. Preferred technologies for this project include React, React Native, and Flutter. Interested developers are requested to share their portfolio, relevant project experience, proposed technology stack, timeline, and commercial proposal.
