Foxify, a rapidly expanding Web3 trading community, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Discord Community Moderator. Our platform is a vibrant hub for premium users, traders, and crypto enthusiasts to engage in education, discussion, and strategy development around crypto markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Web3 space, possess genuine knowledge of crypto markets, and be committed to fostering a healthy, engaged, and high-quality environment within our Discord server. Responsibilities include: monitoring discussions, enforcing community guidelines, facilitating positive interactions, and actively contributing to the growth and engagement of our community. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and dynamic nature of our server as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Do

Moderate our Discord server: enforce rules, manage spam, resolve conflicts, handle reports.
Engage proactively: spark discussions, welcome new members, guide conversations, and encourage quality contributions.
Onboard and manage community initiatives: organize AMAs, learning sessions, or community events.
Support community growth: work with the leadership team to help scale and retain members.
Collaborate with other moderators / team: align on tone, moderation policies, and community strategy.
Report on metrics / community health: provide weekly summaries of moderation activity, common issues, and ideas for improvement.

Requirements:

Availability: Must be online and active between 12:00 and 22:00 CET daily.
Fluent in English: excellent written + spoken English (for interacting with users and internal team).
Moderation experience: Prior experience moderating on Discord (or similar).
Crypto / Web3 knowledge: Strong familiarity with blockchain, trading, DeFi, or other Web3 topics.

Nice to Have (Very Preferable):

Experience in crypto trading: either personally or professionally.
Experience with other community platforms (Telegram, Twitter, etc.).
Experience running / organizing community events (AMA, educational sessions).
Basic understanding of bots, moderation tools, and Discord admin features.
