Kaleb Buys Storage, a U.S.-Based family business specializing in acquiring self-storage facilities across the southeastern United States, is expanding its acquisitions team. We are seeking a talented English-speaking cold caller to help us connect with property owners and identify new acquisition opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Make consistent outbound calls to self-storage facility owners.
- Effectively follow a provided script to qualify potential sellers.
- Accurately record detailed notes and update lead information in our CRM or Google Sheets.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for interested and qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English with a neutral accent is essential. Bilingual Spanish/English is a significant plus.
- Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or a call center environment is preferred.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Ability to work consistently from 9 am to 6 pm est (u.S. Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.
This is a full-time, remote position ideal for applicants in Latin America, particularly Argentina, Colombia, or countries within similar time zones, seeking a stable and engaging role.
