We’re a fast-growing digital agency looking for a confident and professional English-speaking communicator to join our remote team.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who can confidently handle interview calls, communicate with developer candidates, and professionally represent our agency.
Position: Technical Interview Caller / Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Remote
Base Salary: $1,000/month
Bonus: $1,500 per successful hire/project

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial interview and screening calls with developer candidates
• Evaluate communication skills, professionalism, and overall candidate quality
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with applicants
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal team members
• Represent the agency professionally during all candidate interactions
• Help identify and recruit strong technical talent for ongoing projects

Requirements:
• Native or near-native English communication skills
• Strong confidence on voice and video calls
• Experience in recruitment, HR, customer support, or interview handling preferred
• Organized, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable working with developers and remote teams
