Experienced Game Developer for 'Técnico Frío Simulator' - Realistic Hvac/Refrigeration Game

We are seeking an experienced game developer to create a realistic simulation game titled "Técnico Frío Simulator". This game is inspired by the successful Car Mechanic Simulator series, but focuses on the intricate world of refrigeration and HVAC technicians. The project requires a developer capable of bringing complex technical processes to life in an engaging and educational format.

Core Gameplay Features:
*  Player will start as a freelance technician based in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
*  Two primary gameplay modes: On-site repairs (house calls) and Workshop mode (managing and upgrading a personal workshop).
*  Players will diagnose and repair a variety of real-world equipment, including Frost/No-Frost refrigerators, split AC units, inverter minisplit systems, and basic chillers.
*  Realistic diagnostic tools will be implemented, such as multimeters, manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, and leak detectors, requiring players to follow authentic procedures.
*  Deep disassembly and repair mechanics for various components, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, defrost systems, sensors, and PCBs.
*  A comprehensive in-game economy will allow players to earn from jobs, purchase new tools and parts, upgrade their workshop, hire assistants, and acquire vehicles.
*  Gameplay will incorporate time, energy, and reputation management elements.
*  The simulation must include realistic failure scenarios if incorrect diagnostic or repair procedures are applied.

Technical Requirements:
*  Development preferably in Unity, with Godot being an acceptable alternative.
*  Creation of 3D interactive parts with highly realistic visuals, depicting conditions like ice buildup, dirty coils, and gas leaks.
*  The game should offer an educational yet fun simulation experience.
*  The initial target platform is PC (Windows).

The client will provide detailed technical references, comprehensive failure lists, and precise repair procedures to ensure authenticity. We are looking for a developer who can deliver a playable vertical slice encompassing the workshop mode and basic refrigerator repair functionalities.
