Experienced Hubspot Developer for Crm Automation, Integration, and Optimization

We're looking for a highly skilled HubSpot developer to help us improve, automate, and scale our HubSpot environment. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the technical side of HubSpot and the business workflows behind marketing, sales, and RevOps.

What We Need Help With: Building and customizing workflows, pipelines, and lifecycle stages; Creating custom properties, automation logic, and lead routing; Building dashboards and reports (sales + marketing attribution); Setting up integrations with tools; Cleaning and structuring data (merging duplicates, normalization); Troubleshooting deliverability, tracking, and HubSpot bugs. Ideal Experience: 2+ years working inside HubSpot; Strong understanding of CRM structure, segmentation, and automation; Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations; Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; Attention to detail - test before pushing live.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice): RevOps or marketing automation background; SQL / JavaScript familiarity.
