Experienced Hubspot Developer for Ongoing Marketing, Sales & Revops Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot developer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for increased hours and long-term engagement. This role is specifically for a professional who possesses a deep understanding of both the technical intricacies of the HubSpot platform and the underlying business workflows across marketing, sales, and Revenue Operations (RevOps). This is not a one-time project or a short-term task, but an opportunity for ongoing collaboration.

Key Responsibilities and Areas of Assistance:
- Building and customizing workflows, sales pipelines, and lifecycle stages within HubSpot.
- Creating custom properties, implementing advanced automation logic, and optimizing lead routing processes.
- Developing comprehensive dashboards and reports, with a focus on sales and marketing attribution.
- Setting up and managing integrations with various third-party tools to enhance HubSpot's functionality.
- Performing data cleaning and structuring tasks, including merging duplicate records and data normalization.
- Troubleshooting issues related to email deliverability, tracking, and resolving HubSpot-specific bugs.

Required Technical Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working extensively within the HubSpot environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM structure, advanced segmentation techniques, and automation principles.
- Proven experience with APIs, webhooks, and setting up complex integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to thorough testing before deploying changes.

Bonus Skills:
- Background in RevOps or marketing automation.
- Familiarity with SQL and JavaScript.
- Experience with ClickUp for project management.

Additional Requirements:
- Availability during normal US business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST).
- Conversational English proficiency is essential, as the team conducts weekly video meetings for project alignment, goal setting, and updates. Active participation in these discussions is expected.
- A response time of 30 minutes or less during business hours.
