Experienced Machine Learning Engineer & Data Scientist Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer and Data Scientist to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and validate robust ML models and analytical solutions that will directly support critical business decisions.

Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data ingestion, cleaning, comprehensive analysis, and generating actionable insights.

Make informed decisions regarding data architecture, database selection, and the utilization of big data tools to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
Maintain high standards of code quality, implement effective version control strategies, and manage data pipelines efficiently.
Clearly communicate complex analytical insights and model results to various stakeholders, fostering collaboration and leading new data-driven initiatives.
