Experienced Online Spanish Tutor for 11-Year-Old Kid - Long-Term Engagement

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced online (remote) Spanish tutor to provide ongoing support for our 11-year-old English-speaking daughter. The primary goal is to assist her with Spanish homework, engage in frequent conversations in Spanish, and guide her towards fluency in the language. This is a long-term opportunity, anticipated to last for several years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online Spanish tutoring sessions.
- Assist with Spanish homework and school projects.
- Engage in conversational Spanish to improve fluency.
- Teach Spanish grammar rules, vocabulary, verb conjugation, and pronunciation.
- Design and/or recommend a comprehensive program to help our daughter achieve Spanish fluency.

Schedule:
- Approximately 5-8 hours per week, every week throughout the year.
- Sessions generally take place between 3:30 pm and 9 pm Eastern Standard Time during weekdays, and/or on Saturdays.
- Occasional breaks for family vacations will be accommodated.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
- Native Spanish speaker, preferably residing in Latin America.
- Fluent in English to facilitate clear communication and instruction.
- Proven experience teaching Spanish to English speakers, or teaching English to Spanish speakers, or experience in Spanish-English translation.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Spanish or English to children or teenagers.
- Strong ability to convey complex linguistic concepts effectively.
- A genuine love for working with children and youth.
- (Optional/Bonus) Ability to assist with other types of homework beyond Spanish.

Compensation is negotiable based on the tutor's experience and skill level.
