We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to manage our construction billing and financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing construction billings, including Statements of Value (SOVs) and retainage. Key responsibilities include tracking and reconciling both retainage receivable and payable, handling all progress billings, and ensuring the utmost accuracy in all billing processes. This role will also involve supporting job costing initiatives and tracking project-level financing. The accountant will be crucial in reconciling accounts and assisting with the month-end close procedures, ensuring all financial records are meticulously maintained, clear, and audit-ready. Furthermore, the role requires effective coordination with internal stakeholders to promptly resolve any billing discrepancies.
