Performance Ads Specialist (LatAm) — Google, Meta, and UTM Tracking

We are a U.S.-Based digital marketing agency that helps local service businesses grow through seo, ppc, and ads that build real authority.
We are looking for a results-focused ads specialist who can manage and improve campaigns that bring real leads, not just clicks.

You will start by managing a few active campaigns directly with the founder for 4 weeks. If you show results, there is strong growth potential and more responsibility ahead. ($250-$500) per client

Responsibilities
• Work with our team social media team & designers to make ad creatives
• Create and optimize Google and Meta Ads for local lead generation
• Set up UTMs, conversion tracking, and GA4 dashboards
• Manage ad spend and daily budgets
• Send weekly reports with key metrics and insights
• Suggest ways to improve results and system performance

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing Google or Meta Ads
• Strong knowledge of UTMs, GA4, pixels, and A/B testing
• Comfortable using a VPN and working inside U.S. Ad accounts
• Good written and spoken English
• Stable internet connection and fast communication
• Bonus: Experience with local SEO, GoHighLevel, or landing page optimization
