About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, music-obsessed Project Manager to bridge the gap between our global team in Japan and the vibrant music scene in Brazil. This isn't just an admin role; you will be the "boots on the ground" (digitally) for our social media strategy, influencer scouting, and artist relations within the Brazilian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies tailored specifically to the Brazilian audience (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with key Brazilian influencers in the music space.
- Artist Relations: Scout and initiate partnerships with both emerging and established Brazilian music artists.
- Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with local music partners and distributors to maximize promotional opportunities.
- Alignment & Reporting: Work closely with the Japan-based team via Slack to ensure all local activities align with global marketing goals and monitor KPIs.
What We Are Looking For
- Industry Experience: A deep understanding of the Brazilian music market and entertainment landscape.
- Digital Native: Proven expertise in social media community engagement and influencer campaign management.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Portuguese. You must be comfortable translating cultural nuances between the Japan and Brazil teams.
- Proactive Mindset: Able to work independently in a remote environment with high autonomy.
