We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual capable of managing our social media presence, developing engaging content strategies, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility, driving engagement, and contributing to lead generation through effective digital marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Creating, curating, and managing compelling content, including text, image, and video, for social media channels and other marketing materials. Monitoring social media trends, tools, and applications, and applying that knowledge to improve our presence. Engaging with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive brand image. Planning and scheduling content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of posts. Conducting market research to identify target audiences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Analyzing social media performance metrics and providing regular reports with actionable insights. Assisting with general administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, such as data organization, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with internal teams. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently are highly valued.
