Our dynamic marketing agency is seeking a highly skilled and English-fluid Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for our diverse client portfolio. This role requires a creative individual with strong graphic design aptitudes to produce engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to optimize performance and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Design visually appealing graphics and other creative assets for social media posts and campaigns.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
