Experienced Technical Co-Founder (Cto) for Saas Compliance Platform

Normia is seeking an experienced Technical Co-Founder (CTO) to lead the development of our compliance SaaS platform. Normia is designed to help Spanish SMEs stay legally compliant by automatically monitoring the Official State Gazette (BOE) and translating regulatory changes into actionable tasks, eliminating the need for continuous legal advisory. The core problem we solve is the time and money Spanish SMEs lose due to unawareness of regulatory changes. Our platform offers an automatic and affordable solution. We are looking for a visionary technical leader with strong full-stack web development experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of autonomously leading and building the product, potentially managing a small technical team. This role involves full ownership of technical decisions and architecture. Our current technology stack includes Python, Docker, PostgreSQL, and integration with the Claude API (Anthropic). We seek someone who can contribute significantly to the evolution and scaling of this architecture. Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire technical development lifecycle of the Normia platform. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions. Make critical architectural decisions and ensure technical excellence. Build and manage the technical team as the company grows. Collaborate closely with the business team to align technical strategy with product vision.
