Experienced Video Editor for Faceless Youtube Channel - Cinematic Tech Style

We are seeking a skilled and experienced video editor to join our team for a long-term collaboration on a faceless YouTube channel. The channel focuses on cinematic tech content, similar in style to popular documentary/tech channels.

The core task involves editing long-form YouTube videos, typically ranging from 10 to 30 minutes in length. You will be provided with detailed scene-by-scene scripts, including timestamps, and AI voiceovers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form videos (10-30 minutes) based on provided scripts and AI voiceovers.
- Source and integrate royalty-free stock footage, images, and audio.
- Perfectly sync visuals with the AI voiceover.
- Implement cinematic transitions, dramatic B-roll, zooms, overlays, and animated text.
- Select and integrate tension-building music and sound effects that match the narrative flow.
- Collaborate effectively using a structured workflow (e.g., Trello).
- Deliver approximately 3 finished videos per week to start, with potential for increased volume based on quality.

Required Style:
- Documentary/Tech YouTube aesthetic.
- Cinematic visual storytelling with clear build-up, tension, and release.
- Fast-paced and rhythmic editing to keep viewers engaged.
- Clean, bold text overlays for titles, statistics, and locations.
- Effective use of sound effects and dramatic music to enhance the narrative.
- Seamless integration of B-roll footage (e.g., Cars, technology, futuristic concepts).
