We are seeking a skilled and reliable remote assistant to help us grow our online presence and expand our business by providing professional customer service and contributing to content creation efforts. The primary goal is to build a strong and trustworthy brand that attracts and retains customers through exceptional support and engaging online content.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer support via email and chat.
- Managing customer queries efficiently and proactively.
- Assisting in setting up and optimizing workflows for customer communication.
- Providing support for content writing tasks, such as drafting blog posts, FAQs, or product descriptions.
- Utilizing customer service tools (familiarity with platforms like Zendesk or Shopify support features is a plus).

This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability and fit. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely and managing their time effectively to meet project goals.
