Experienced Video Editor for Podcast: Multicam Episodes & Engaging Social Media Reels

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional video editor for our podcast, tony solar – el podcast – sin límites. This is an opportunity for ongoing work for multiple podcast episodes if the initial project meets our quality expectations.

Each episode requires comprehensive editing, including:
- Editing approximately 60–80 minutes of raw footage.
- Performing 2-camera multicam editing with professional synchronization and clean camera cuts.
- Ensuring precise color matching between both cameras.
- Crafting a strong and engaging intro designed for maximum audience retention.
- Integrating lower thirds for the guest
- Seamlessly incorporating the podcast logo and sponsor logos.
- Please note: Audio will be professionally mastered prior to editing; do not add compression, effects, or any additional audio processing.
- Delivering the final full episode ready for publication on YouTube and Facebook.

In addition to the full episode, the project also requires the creation of 4 vertical reels/shorts, each up to 60 seconds in length. The editor is expected to identify and select the most compelling, engaging, and potentially viral moments from the episode for these short-form videos.

We are looking for an editing style that is clean, professional, modern, engaging, and dynamic, without relying on excessive effects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of storytelling, audience retention strategies, effective hooks, and social media content optimization, beyond just basic video cutting skills.
