Experienced Virtual Assistant for Ghl, Mindstudio & Ai Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with proven experience in advanced automation and AI tools. This is a project-based role with significant potential for long-term collaboration, focusing on integrating and managing cutting-edge technologies to streamline client operations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) automations, workflows, and chat widgets to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
Design, build, train, and seamlessly connect MindStudio AI agents to perform various tasks and improve system intelligence.
Configure and manage AI voice tools, such as Twilio or similar platforms, for effective client call automation.
Adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new platforms, specifically MindStudio.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong English communication skills are essential for this role.
