The primary focus of this role will be client outreach and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, including real estate companies, construction firms, and office buildings. Communication will primarily be via email, social media, and phone calls. Accurate record-keeping of all interactions and leads is essential. We are looking for a reliable individual with strong communication skills and a good command of English. The ability to work during New York business hours (10 am - 4 pm est) is required. Experience in customer contact, lead generation, or sales is highly valued.
