Experienced Youtube Video Editor for Faceless Content (Avatar & B-Roll) - Long-Term Partnership

We are seeking a skilled and experienced video editor for our YouTube channel, specializing in 'faceless' video content. This role offers the potential for ongoing work and a long-term partnership. The ideal candidate will be proficient in editing videos that combine avatar-based narration with engaging B-roll footage.

Project Details:
We will provide all necessary assets organized in a Google Drive folder, including:
*  Complete script for each video.
*  Ready-made voiceover audio.
*  Detailed script notes indicating specific sections for AVATAR and B-ROLL.
*  Avatar/character image.
*  Visual references as needed.

Your Responsibilities:
*  For AVATAR sections: Utilize our HeyGen access to generate the character's lip-sync, perfectly synchronized with the provided voiceover audio.
*  For B-ROLL sections: Source high-quality videos and images that align with the narration, editing them seamlessly into the content.
*  Integrate text overlays, subtle zooms, and other visual elements where appropriate to enhance viewer engagement.
*  Select and incorporate suitable background music to complement the video's theme and pacing.
*  Ensure the final video is polished and ready for direct upload to YouTube.

Video Specifications:
*  Videos will typically range from 12 to 18 minutes in length.
*  Approximately 3-4 minutes of a 15-minute video will feature the avatar, with the remaining duration dedicated to B-roll, images, text, and simple visual elements.

Key Editing Requirements:
*  Excellent B-roll selection that enhances the narrative.
*  Precise synchronization of visuals with the narration.
*  Strong editing pacing and rhythm to maintain viewer interest.
*  Effective use of text, zooms, and subtle effects.
*  High-quality background music integration.
*  Delivery of a final video optimized for YouTube.
