The ideal freelancer will be proficient in handling diverse data types, from numerical measurements to non-numerical interviews, to extract meaningful insights and support informed decision-making.Quantitative Data Analysis: The project involves cleaning, structuring, and transforming numerical data to identify trends, correlations, and test hypotheses. Expertise in descriptive and inferential statistics is crucial, along with the ability to create compelling data visualizations (e.g., Charts, graphs). Proficiency with tools such as R, Tableau, and JASP for data manipulation and analysis is highly valued.Qualitative Data Analysis: For qualitative data, the role requires transcribing, organizing, and coding non-numerical information derived from sources like interviews and observations. The goal is to understand underlying meanings, experiences, and contexts. Experience with thematic analysis, content analysis, or grounded theory is essential. While specific software like ATLAS.ti or MAXQDA are mentioned as common tools, a strong methodological understanding is key.Key Responsibilities: Data cleaning and preparation for both quantitative and qualitative datasets.
